PYK2 Antibody (F-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgA antibody that detects PYK2 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PYK2, also known as proline-rich tyrosine kinase 2, plays a crucial role in cellular signaling, particularly in the central nervous system where PYK2 is highly expressed.
