    SEE ALSO...

PRORP Antibody (D-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects PRORP protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PRORP (D-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. PRORP protein plays a crucial role in RNA processing, specifically in the maturation of precursor ribonucleic acids, which is essential for proper functioning of cellular processes. This function ensures the production of functional ribonucleoproteins, which are vital for protein synthesis and gene expression regulation. Disruptions in PRORP activity can lead to various cellular dysfunctions, highlighting its significance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Chromosome 14, where the PRORP gene is located, harbors several other critical genes, including those associated with genetic disorders and diseases, further underscoring the importance of studying PRORP in the context of health and disease.
