PRDM10 Antibody (48AT1224.90.46) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects PRDM10 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-PRDM10 antibody (48AT1224.90.46) is available as a non-conjugated format. PRDM10 plays a crucial role in gene expression regulation, particularly in cancer biology, where PRDM10 is implicated in transcriptional activity modulation. PRDM10 interacts with various transcription factors and chromatin remodeling complexes, which are essential for maintaining proper gene expression patterns. This interaction matters because dysregulation of PRDM10 and associated pathways can lead to aberrant cell growth and tumorigenesis.
