PRC1 Antibody (C-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects PRC1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PRC1 Antibody (C-1) is available in non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Protein regulating cytokinesis 1 (PRC1) plays a crucial role in cell cycle by binding to mitotic spindle midzones during anaphase and localizing to cell midbody during cytokinesis, essential for successful cell division.
