    SEE ALSO...

PPP1R26 Antibody (H-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects PPP1R26 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PPP1R26 (H-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. PPP1R26 plays a crucial role in regulating protein phosphatase 1 (PP1) activity, which is essential for various cellular processes, including cell division, metabolism, and signal transduction. By modulating PP1 activity, PPP1R26 influences critical pathways that govern cell growth and differentiation, making PPP1R26 a significant player in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Understanding PPP1R26 function is vital, as dysregulation of PP1 activity has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Anti-PPP1R26 antibody (H-2) effectively detects PPP1R26 across multiple species, enhancing research potential in elucidating molecular mechanisms underlying these conditions.
