PP6 Antibody (E-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects PP6 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PP6 (E-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PP6, also known as PPP6C, is a 305 amino acid cytoplasmic protein that plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in regulating cell cycle progression in response to interleukin-2 receptor stimulation. PP6 function is vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis and modulating inflammatory responses, as PP6 specifically down-regulates the transcription factor TR4.
