    SEE ALSO...

PNMAL1 Antibody (D-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects PNMAL1 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PNMAL1 (D-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PNMAL1, also known as PNMA-like 1, is a 439 amino acid protein that exists in three alternatively spliced isoforms and is part of the PNMA family. PNMAL1 plays a crucial role in regulating neuronal cell death and has been implicated in various neurodegenerative diseases, making PNMAL1 an important target for research in neurobiology. PNMAL1 is encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 19q13.32, a region known for high gene density and association with several genetic disorders, including Peutz-Jeghers syndrome and spinocerebellar ataxia type 6. This chromosome region also contains key genes influencing traits such as eye and hair color, highlighting significance in both health and disease. With diverse applications and critical role in cellular processes, anti-PNMAL1 antibody (D-4) serves as an essential tool for researchers studying neuronal function and pathology.
