PLZF Antibody (D-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects PLZF protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-PLZF antibody (D-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PLZF protein, also known as ZBTB16 or ZNF145, plays a crucial role in transcriptional regulation and is involved in the development of various cell types, particularly in the immune system. PLZF structure is characterized by five zinc finger motifs and a broad-complex, POZ (or BTB) domain, which are essential for function as a transcription factor. PLZF BTB/POZ domain facilitates protein-protein interactions, allowing formation of complexes with other transcriptional regulators, thereby influencing gene expression.
