PHPT1 Antibody (C-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects PHPT1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PHPT1 (C-6) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PHPT1 protein, also known as phosphohistidine phosphatase 1, is a 125 amino acid enzyme that belongs to the Janus protein family and is primarily located in the cytoplasm as a monomer.
