Perforin 1 Antibody (1.VB.3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects perforin 1 in human samples through applications such as immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and flow cytometry (FCM). Perforin 1 plays a crucial role in the immune response by facilitating the destruction of virus-infected and tumorigenic cells through cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL)-mediated cytotoxicity.
