PELP1 Antibody (E-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects PELP1 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-PELP1 antibody (E-1) is available as the non-conjugated form. PELP1, also known as proline-, glutamic acid-, and leucine-rich protein-1, plays a critical role in modulating estrogen receptor activity, which is vital for understanding cancer progression, particularly in endometrial cancers.
