PDI Antibody (C-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects PDI in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PDI (C-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and multiple conjugated forms, such as agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and various Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Protein disulfide isomerase (PDI) plays a crucial role in the endoplasmic reticulum, where PDI catalyzes thiol-disulfide exchange and assists in proper folding of newly synthesized proteins, acting as a molecular chaperone.
