PCTAIRE-3 Antibody (H-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects PCTAIRE-3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-PCTAIRE-3 antibody (H-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PCTAIRE-3 plays a crucial role in cell cycle regulation, functioning as a serine/threonine kinase within a subfamily of cyclin-dependent kinases (Cdks). These kinases drive cell cycle progression through phosphorylation of key substrates, ensuring proper cellular division and function. PCTAIRE-3, along with PCTAIRE-1 and PCTAIRE-2, shows particular importance in neuronal development and function, expressing in brain tissue and potentially influencing signaling pathways affecting neuronal differentiation and survival. Human PCTAIRE-3 gene localizes to chromosome 1q32.1, suggesting significant implications in neurodevelopmental disorders.
