PCDHB15/Pcdhb22 Antibody (F-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects PCDHB15/Pcdhb22 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PCDHB15/Pcdhb22 (F-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Protocadherins, such as PCDHB15, play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining neuronal connections in the brain, vital for proper neural function and communication. PCDHB15, also known as protocadherin beta 15, belongs to the protocadherin beta cluster and features a unique structure with transmembrane, extracellular, and short cytoplasmic domains.
