PCDHA10 Antibody (JH-86) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects PCDHA10 protein of human origin by immunofluorescence (IF) and immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP). Anti-PCDHA10 antibody (JH-86) is available as a non-conjugated format. Protocadherins, including PCDHA10, play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining neuronal connections in the brain, which is vital for proper neural function and communication. The PCDHA gene cluster, part of a larger family of cadherin-like cell adhesion proteins, generates a diverse array of proteins through alternative promoter usage and cis-alternative splicing. PCDHA10 produces at least three isoforms through alternative splicing, adding another layer of complexity to functional roles in the nervous system.
