    PCB Antibody (F-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 antibody that detects pyruvate carboxylase (PCB) in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-PCB antibody (F-3) recognizes pyruvate carboxylase, a crucial mitochondrial enzyme responsible for catalyzing the conversion of pyruvate to oxaloacetate, a key step in gluconeogenesis and the citric acid cycle.
