PAC-1 Antibody (4O21) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects PAC-1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP). PAC-1 (4O21) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. PAC-1 protein plays a crucial role in regulating mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinases, which are essential for mediating cellular responses to various stimuli, including growth factors and stress signals.
