p73 Antibody (E-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody designed to detect all isoforms of human and monkey p73, also known as TP73. p73 monoclonal antibody (E-4) targets an epitope within amino acids 1-80 at the N-terminus of p73, ensuring robust performance in western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). p73 is activated in response to cellular stress signals, including DNA damage and oncogene activation, through phosphorylation and other post-translational modifications, with activity and function depending on specific isoform expression and cellular context, promoting cell cycle arrest, apoptosis, or survival.
