SEE ALSO...

p38 beta MAPK11 Antibody (F-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects p38 beta MAPK11 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). p38 beta MAPK11 Antibody (F-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. p38 beta MAPK11 plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in response to stress stimuli, and is involved in regulating important processes such as inflammation, cell differentiation, and apoptosis. p38 beta MAPK11 is primarily located in the cytoplasm, where activation occurs by phosphorylation in response to various extracellular signals, allowing signal transduction that influences gene expression and cellular responses. Proper functioning of p38 beta MAPK11 is vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to environmental changes, making p38 beta MAPK11 a key player in various physiological and pathological processes. p38 beta MAPK11 interacts with other proteins within the MAP kinase signaling cascade, including p38 alpha MAPK14 and p38 gamma MAPK12, which collectively coordinate cellular responses to stress and inflammatory signals. Phosphorylation of p38 beta MAPK11 on threonine and tyrosine residues is essential for activation, underscoring the importance of post-translational modifications in regulating activity and function within the cell.
