    SEE ALSO...

P2Y13 Antibody (6G12E10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects P2Y13 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), flow cytometry (FCM), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). P2Y13 (6G12E10) antibody is available as the non-conjugated anti-P2Y13 antibody. P2Y13 protein, also known as purinergic receptor P2Y, G-protein coupled, 13, is a 354 amino acid multi-pass membrane protein that plays a crucial role in the immune system and hematopoiesis by acting as a receptor for adenosine diphosphate (ADP). P2Y13 is part of the P2Y family of G protein-coupled receptors, which are activated by extracellular nucleotides and are essential for mediating various physiological processes, including cell proliferation and differentiation. P2Y13 is predominantly expressed in the spleen and adult brain tissue, where P2Y13 contributes to the regulation of immune responses and the development of blood cells. P2Y13′s ability to interact with other signaling pathways highlights P2Y13′s importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to extracellular signals, making P2Y13 a valuable target for research in immunology and hematology.
