    SEE ALSO...

P2X4 Antibody (D-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects P2X4 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). P2X4 Antibody (D-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. P2X4 receptor is a member of the P2X receptor family, which consists of ligand-gated ion channels that facilitate calcium ion influx into cells in response to extracellular ATP. P2X4 receptors play a crucial role in mediating synaptic transmission and are expressed in diverse tissues such as neurons, prostate, bladder, pancreas, colon, testis, and ovary. P2X4 is involved in various physiological processes, including pain perception and inflammation, making P2X4 a significant target for research in neurobiology and pharmacology. P2X4 receptor is characterized by intracellular amino- and carboxy-termini that are essential for channel function and regulation. Understanding P2X4 structural aspects is vital, as conformational alterations can influence receptor activity and cellular responses to ATP. P2X4 Antibody (D-3) serves as an invaluable tool for researchers investigating P2X4′s role in health and disease.
