SEE ALSO...

p-PKC ζ Antibody (H-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Thr 410 phosphorylated PKC ζ from mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). p-PKC ζ (H-2) antibody is available in non-conjugated and conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The protein kinase C (PKC) family, to which PKC ζ belongs, regulates numerous cellular processes, such as cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. PKC ζ plays a vital role in mediating signaling pathways that influence cell survival and proliferation, making PKC ζ a significant target for understanding cancer biology and therapeutic interventions. PKC ζ primarily resides in the cytoplasm and translocates to the membrane upon activation, which is essential for signal transduction. PKC ζ interactions with various substrates and signaling molecules underscore PKC ζ importance in cellular communication and response to external stimuli. Phosphorylation of PKC ζ by PDK1 serves as a key regulatory mechanism that activates kinase activity, enabling modulation of downstream signaling pathways.
