p-p53 Antibody (B-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Thr 55 phosphorylated p53 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). p-p53 monoclonal antibody (B-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. p53 plays a crucial role as a tumor suppressor, primarily functioning to regulate cell cycle and promote apoptosis in response to cellular stress, thereby preventing proliferation of potentially cancerous cells.
