Ox40L Antibody (ANC10G1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Ox40L in human samples through flow cytometry (FCM). Ox40L, also known as gp34, is a type II membrane protein that plays a pivotal role in the immune response as a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) superfamily. Ox40L (ANC10G1) antibody helps study a protein crucial for facilitating interactions between dendritic cells and T cells, which are essential for effective immune responses. Specifically, Ox40L is expressed on activated B cells and interacts with its receptor, Ox40, found on activated T cells, delivering a potent costimulatory signal that enhances T cell activation and proliferation. Anti-Ox40L antibody (ANC10G1) aids in studying a protein that influences antigen-specific T cell responses, particularly during the priming and effector phases of T cell activation, when expressed on antigen-presenting cells (APCs). Understanding the dynamics of Ox40L and its interactions is vital for developing therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating immune responses in various diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders.
