Ox40 Antibody (H-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Ox40 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Ox40 antibody (H-10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Ox40, also known as CD134 or Ox40R, is a crucial member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) family, playing a significant role in the immune response by regulating T cell activation and survival.
