Olfr30 Antibody (E-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects Olfr30 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Olfr30 antibody (E-1) is available as the non-conjugated form. Olfr30 , also known as olfactory receptor 30, is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family and consists of 315 amino acids. Olfr30 is primarily located in the cilia of olfactory sensory neurons, where Olfr30 plays a crucial role in the detection of odor molecules. Olfr30 can bind a diverse range of odorants, initiating a signal transduction cascade that ultimately leads to the perception of smell in the brain. Genes encoding olfactory receptors, including Olfr30 , represent the largest gene family in the human genome, highlighting their significance in sensory biology.
