OLFM3 Antibody (M-N16) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects OLFM3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-OLFM3 antibody (M-N16) is available as a non-conjugated monoclonal isotype antibody. OLFM3 protein, also known as olfactomedin 3 or NOE3, is a 478 amino acid secreted protein that plays a crucial role in regulating intraocular pressure through interaction with myocilin, an extracellular protein integral to the actomyosin system.
