OBFC1 Antibody (E-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects OBFC1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). OBFC1 (E-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. OBFC1 protein consists of 368 amino acids and plays a crucial role in nucleic acid binding, specifically recognizing single-stranded DNA and RNA, which is vital for processes such as DNA replication, repair, and transcription.
