    SEE ALSO...

Nup133 Antibody (G-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 antibody that detects nuclear pore complex protein Nup133 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Nup133 antibody (G-11) plays a crucial role in studying nuclear pore complexes (NPCs), which are essential for the regulated transport of macromolecules between the nucleus and cytoplasm. Nup133 (G-11) monoclonal antibody enables research on the Nup160 nuclear pore subcomplex, which includes Nup160, Nup96, and Nup107, and is vital for RNA export, a process critical for gene expression and cellular function. Unique structural features of Nup133, including O-linked N-acetylglucosamine modifications and pentapeptide repeat motifs, contribute to interactions with various nucleoporins and facilitate assembly and stability of the nuclear pore complex. Understanding Nup133 dynamics and interactions helps elucidate mechanisms of nucleocytoplasmic transport and implications in cellular processes and diseases.
