NUDCD3 Antibody (H-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects NUDCD3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). NUDCD3 (H-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. NUDCD3 protein, which consists of 361 amino acids and features a CS domain, plays a critical role in nuclear migration, a process essential for growth, development, and overall cellular function of multicellular organisms. NUDCD3 is phosphorylated in response to DNA damage by kinases ATR or ATM, highlighting involvement in cellular stress responses. NUDCD3 is ubiquitously expressed and has been shown to colocalize with Golgi marker proteins during interphase of mitosis in HeLa cells, indicating potential role in cellular organization and function. NUDCD3 is found at lower levels in tissues such as brain, ovary, and heart, and NUDCD3 gene is located on human chromosome 7, which is associated with various genetic disorders, including Osteogenesis imperfecta and Pendred syndrome. Understanding NUDCD3 function and interactions is vital for elucidating role in cellular processes and implications in disease.
