NR5A2 Antibody (B-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects NR5A2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-NR5A2 antibody (B-8) is available as the non-conjugated form. NR5A2, also known as nuclear receptor subfamily 5, group A, member 2, plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression related to lipid metabolism and adipogenesis, making NR5A2 vital for maintaining metabolic homeostasis.
