NR2E3 Antibody (B-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects NR2E3 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). NR2E3 (B-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. NR2E3, also known as photoreceptor-specific nuclear receptor or PNR, plays a crucial role in regulating photoreceptor cell function and is essential for proper retinal development. NR2E3 is primarily located in the outer nuclear layer of the adult retina, where NR2E3 is involved in the differentiation and maintenance of cone and rod photoreceptors.
