Nox5 Antibody (A-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects Nox5 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Nox5 (A-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Nox5, a member of the NADPH oxidase family, plays a crucial role in generating reactive oxygen species, particularly superoxide, which is essential for various cellular processes, including signaling pathways that regulate cell proliferation and apoptosis.
