Notch 2 Antibody (C-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects Notch 2 protein of mouse and rat origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Notch 2 (C-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Notch 2 is a crucial component of the Notch signaling pathway, which is integral to cell communication and plays a significant role in regulating cell fate decisions during development.
