Notch 1 Antibody (8G10) is a hamster monoclonal IgG antibody designed to recognize Notch1, also known as Neurogenic locus notch homolog protein 1 or LIN-12, in mouse and rat samples through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications. Anti-Notch1 antibody (8G10) targets an epitope spanning residues 1299-1492 (EGF repeat 33 through LIN repeat 1) of the Notch1 protein, ensuring precise detection.
