    SEE ALSO...

Nore1 Antibody (10F10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects the Nore1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF). Nore1 (10F10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Nore1, also known as RASSF5 (ras association domain-containing family protein 5), RAPL, or Maxp1, is a 418 amino acid protein that exists as four alternatively spliced isoforms, which localize to the cytoplasm, growing microtubules, and the perinuclear region of unstimulated primary T cells. This protein plays a crucial role as a tumor suppressor, significantly contributing to lymphocyte adhesion, polarization, apoptotic induction, and the directional movement of endothelial cells during wound healing. Notably, Nore1 contains a SARAH domain, a phorbol-ester/DAG-type zinc finger, and a Ras-associating domain, which facilitate interaction with several Ras-like GTPases. These interactions are vital for regulating cellular growth and preventing tumor transformation, underscoring Nore1′s importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and potential implications in cancer biology.
