    SEE ALSO...

NOP16 Antibody (JJ-39) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects NOP16 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). NOP16 (JJ-39) antibody is available as the non-conjugated form. NOP16 plays a crucial role in ribosome biogenesis and is involved in the assembly of ribonucleoprotein complexes, which are essential for protein synthesis in cells. This function ensures proper translation of mRNA into proteins, a process vital for cellular function and growth. Disruptions in ribosome biogenesis can lead to various diseases, including cancer and genetic disorders, highlighting NOP16′s significance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Additionally, chromosome 5, where NOP16 is located, is associated with several syndromes, including Cockayne syndrome and familial adenomatous polyposis, further emphasizing NOP16′s importance in human health and disease.
