NFS1 Antibody (B-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects NFS1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). NFS1 (B-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. NFS1, also known as nitrogen fixation 1 or IscS (cysteine desulfurase), is a crucial enzyme that plays a significant role in the biosynthesis of iron-sulfur (Fe-S) clusters, which are vital cofactors for numerous biological processes.
