Neuroglycan C Antibody (A-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Neuroglycan C of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Neuroglycan C antibody (A-7) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Neuroglycan C is a brain-specific chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan (CSPG) that plays a crucial role in the proliferation of neural stem and progenitor cells, making Neuroglycan C essential for neurodevelopment and regeneration. Neuroglycan C is primarily located in the cell membrane, where Neuroglycan C functions as a single-pass membrane protein and can also exist in a proteoglycan form depending on the tissue.
