    SEE ALSO...

Nebulin Antibody (1F4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Nebulin protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Nebulin antibody (1F4) is available as the non-conjugated format, which plays a crucial role in muscle function by acting as a molecular ruler that regulates thin filament length in striated muscle. Nebulin (1F4) antibody targets a large filamentous protein essential for maintaining sarcomere structural integrity, the fundamental unit of muscle contraction, and its precise length is vital for optimal muscle performance. Nebulin (1F4) monoclonal antibody recognizes a protein predominantly localized in skeletal muscle, where it interacts with actin and other actin-binding proteins, ensuring proper filament assembly and stability. Several isoforms of Nebulin arise from alternative splicing, allowing for tissue-specific functions and adaptations. The ability of Nebulin to modulate actin dynamics is critical for muscle development and function, making it a significant target for research in muscle-related diseases and conditions.
