I have an old vial of this antibody in my lab and would like to test if it is still suitable for western blotting, could you give me a recommended starting dilution? Many thanks

Thank you for your question. We recommend using this rabbit polyclonal antibody, Nanog (H-155): sc-33759, at a starting dilution of 1:200 for Western blot (range of 1:100-1:1,000).
