    SEE ALSO...

Myeloid lineage Antibody (OX82) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Myeloid lineage of mouse and rat origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and flow cytometry (FCM). Myeloid lineage (OX82) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Myeloid lineage plays a crucial role in the immune response, encompassing a variety of cell types, including monocytes, macrophages, neutrophils, and dendritic cells, all essential for pathogen recognition and clearance. These cells originate from hematopoietic stem cells in the bone marrow and mediate inflammation while orchestrating the body′s defense mechanisms. The differentiation of Myeloid lineage cells is tightly regulated by transcription factors such as BLIMP-1, ensuring proper development of these immune cells. Understanding Myeloid lineage is vital for diagnosing and treating various hematological malignancies, as well as for developing targeted therapies that can modulate immune responses in diseases such as cancer and autoimmune disorders. Myeloid lineage cells produce inflammatory cytokines upon activation, highlighting their importance in both innate and adaptive immunity.

How can Myeloid lineage (OX82): sc-53093 mouse monoclonal antibody be used for double or triple staining, if the other primary antibodies are also raised in mouse?

    Asked by: Dr Ninau Qelp
In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. This antibody is available conjugated to phycoerythrin (sc-53093 PE) or fluoroscein (sc-53093 FITC).
