MTSS1 Antibody (SS-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects MTSS1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). MTSS1 is predominantly expressed in tissues such as testis, thymus, prostate, spleen, colon, uterus, and blood, where MTSS1 plays a significant role in binding to Actin and influencing cytoskeleton dynamics. MTSS1 acts as a tumor suppressor by regulating progression and metastasis of carcinomas across various organ sites.
