Mig-2 Antibody (NQ-A16) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Mig-2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Mig-2 antibody (NQ-A16) is available as a non-conjugated format. Mig-2, also known as Kindlin 2, plays a crucial role in cell adhesion and cytoskeletal organization by recruiting migfilin to cell-matrix adhesions, facilitating interaction with filamin, which mediates migfilin association with actin filaments.
