    Mi2-β Antibody (F-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that detects Mi2-beta of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Mi2-beta antibody (F-7) is available as a non-conjugated format. Mi2-beta plays a crucial role in chromatin remodeling, which is essential for the regulation of gene expression. Mi2-beta (F-7) antibody is part of the mSin3 corepressor complex, which is involved in the deacetylation of histones, leading to transcriptional repression.
