Mesothelin Antibody (K1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Mesothelin protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and flow cytometry (FCM). Anti-Mesothelin antibody (K1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Mesothelin is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-linked cell-surface protein predominantly expressed in the mesothelial lining of body cavities and is notably overexpressed in several malignancies, including ovarian cancer and mesothelioma. Mesothelin plays a crucial role in cell adhesion and signaling, which is vital for maintaining tissue integrity and facilitating cellular communication.
