MEK-6 Antibody (C-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects MEK-6 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). MEK-6 (C-1) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. MEK-6 plays a crucial role in the MAPK signaling pathway, specifically phosphorylating p38 and p38β MAP kinases, which are essential for mediating cellular responses to stress and inflammation. The activation of p38 MAP kinases by MEK-6 is particularly important as MEK-6 influences various cellular processes, including apoptosis, differentiation, and inflammatory response.
