MCP-1-4/eotaxin Antibody (B-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects MCP-1-4/eotaxin of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). MCP-1-4/eotaxin (B-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Eotaxin and the monocyte chemotactic proteins (MCPs) 1 through 4 form a subfamily of the C-C (or β) chemokines, which are distinguished by a conserved pattern of adjacent cysteine residues.
