Mast Cell Tryptase Antibody (3H2643) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects mast cell tryptase in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF). Anti-mast cell tryptase antibody (3H2643) specifically targets mast cell tryptase, a crucial serine protease that plays a significant role in inflammatory response and tissue remodeling. Mast cell tryptase (3H2643) monoclonal antibody recognizes a protein primarily located in mast cells, which are essential components of the immune system, releasing mediators that influence vascular permeability and recruit other immune cells to sites of inflammation. The presence of mast cell tryptase in tissues can indicate various pathological conditions, including allergic reactions and asthma, making mast cell tryptase a valuable biomarker for understanding mast cell-related diseases. Mast cell tryptase exists as a tetrameric enzyme, stabilized by heparin, which enhances enzymatic activity and allows for effective cleavage of various substrates, further underscoring importance in modulating immune responses. Anti-mast cell tryptase antibody (3H2643) recognizes a protein that interacts with protease-activated receptors, highlighting a role in signaling pathways that regulate inflammation and pain, making mast cell tryptase a critical target for therapeutic interventions.

How much sample do you recommend loading on the gel for Western blot detection using Mast Cell Tryptase (3H2643): sc-71542?

    Asked by: DefinitelyNotMatt
We recommend loading 40–60 µg whole cell lysate, 10–20 µg nuclear extract, 5-10 µg transfected lysate, or 10–20 ng purified protein per lane.
