    SEE ALSO...

MAIP1 Antibody (D-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects MAIP1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). MAIP1 (D-12) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. MAIP1 plays a crucial role in cellular processes, particularly in the regulation of apoptosis and cell survival, making MAIP1 an important target for studies related to cancer and other diseases where cell death is dysregulated. Understanding MAIP1 function is vital, as dysregulation can lead to various pathological conditions, including tumorigenesis. MAIP1 is located in the cytoplasm, where MAIP1 interacts with several key signaling pathways, further emphasizing MAIP1′s significance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. MAIP1 presence in mouse, rat, and human allows for comparative studies that can enhance understanding of biological roles across different organisms.
